Palmy Passport
All children can receive the Palmy Passport at our hotel. The passport is a printable card on which they will get a stamp for each star activity of the week they do. Whoever has all the stamps will get a very special surprise from Palmy.

We like the youngest members of the family to learn and have fun with us. So that is why we have prepared this downloadable black and white drawing of Palmy, so that they can use their imagination and paint Palmy in any color they like.

Don’t worry about pool or beach towels. We have a towel rental service for 3,50 € per day.
This service has a cost of 10,00 € as a deposit. Once the product has been returned in perfect condition, the deposit will be refunded.

To keep your most important things safe, you can rent our safe deposit box service for 3,50 € per day.
This service has a cost of 10,00 € as a deposit. Once the product has been returned in perfect condition, the deposit will be refunded.
Kettle rental
If you are one of those who need your tea or coffee when you wake up, you can hire our kettle rental service for 2,50 € per day.

If you wish to complete your stay with a cava bottle to celebrate special moments, you can purchase it for 20,00 €.

Do you accept pets?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at the moment.
Does Hotel Palmasol have parking?
No, we do not have parking in the building. You can park nearby or in a nearby public paid parking lot.
How far is it from the beach?
We are only 250 meters from the beach. You can see how to get to the beach at the

Are there options for people with celiac disease?
Yes, we have products for people with celiac disease, but they must notify us in advance of their arrival so that we can have everything prepared.
What time can we check into the room?
From 4:00 pm. If you arrive earlier at the hotel and your room is available, it will be given to you. Otherwise, you can leave your luggage in storage and use the hotel’s facilities.
What time do we have to check out of the room?
You can stay in the room until 12:00 noon. If you have services contracted after this time, you can use the hotel’s facilities by leaving your luggage in storage.
What if I have to leave my room before the scheduled date?
All early departures must be communicated with 2 days’ notice, otherwise, the two nights following the notice will be charged.
Will the hotel make any advance charges on my reservation?
In all reservations made with a credit card, the Hotel reserves the right to temporarily charge an amount before check-in, especially during high occupancy periods, to verify the accuracy of the reservation data.
For reservations with more than 5 rooms, will there be any inconvenience?
Reservations with more than 5 rooms will be considered “Groups” by the Hotel and are subject to special conditions. The commercial department will contact you to explain the special conditions. If you do not accept them, your reservations may be canceled.
Is Hotel Palmasol adapted for people with reduced mobility?
Hotel Palmasol has been certified according to UNE 170001-1:2007 standards for universal accessibility management. The hotel has adapted rooms for people with disabilities, which can be accessed directly from the reception. It is also possible to use both the restaurant services located on the ground floor of the building and the outdoor gardens and pool area, as it has a bath chair and fully adapted showers.

Yes, we have children’s entertainment. Check the schedule and activities with reception.
Does Hotel Palmasol have a Spa?
We do not have a Spa as such. We have an outdoor jacuzzi and an indoor sauna (with limited hours) and a heated indoor pool (in winter), all services included in the room price. It is possible to have massages subject to availability, by prior reservation and with an additional cost.
Are drinks included in the pensions?
Drinks are not included in the pensions, except as specified in the contracted regimen. Drinks in pensions have an extra cost according to consumption.
Are meals à la carte or buffet?
All restaurant services (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are buffet service. All restaurant services can be à la carte or buffet at the discretion of the hotel under special conditions.
Is access to the indoor heated pool and sauna included in the price?
Yes, both services are included in the price. Check the hours at reception.
Is there entertainment for children?
There is children’s entertainment. Check the schedule and activities at the hotel reception.
Can non-guests use the pool by paying a supplement?
No, the pool is exclusively for Hotel guests.
Can non-guests enter the hotel restaurant?
Yes. The restaurant services are open to the public.
