Hotel Eurosalou & Spa 4*

Not enough staff to serve the amount of customers, a small amount of sunbeds no where near enough for all the... read more guests even though the hotel was not at full capacity (dread to think what high season is like) Hardly any sleep during our stay due to door banging all night long and people walking up and down the corridors constantly. Stupid system where you have to scan your wrist every single time you wanted something to eat or drink so you will be sitting eating food and ask for a beverage and then they have to scan your wrist while you’re trying to enjoy a meal. On our last day we had a guest of the hotel kicking a door in the afternoon he was very drunk he was spoken to by hotel staff and we heard him swearing at them, and then early hours of the morning he was banging on our door (3am) not once but twice even though he was told to go away by myself, very frightening and intimidating. This was reported to the receptionist on check out but it was not taken very seriously. Left a horrible impression on the holiday as a whole. If this man was dealt with in that afternoon then he would not have had the opportunity to come back banging on doors and waking people up. Especially when we had a full days travel ahead of us. Wanted to use the spa facilities but told I would have to wear a swim cap to be able to do this, something that I wasn’t happy doing and it’s not stated anywhere that you have to do this. This should be made clear!

The breakfast was decent with a wide range of options, however can’t speak for the lunch and dinner. The room was simple but clean and modern and couldn’t complain for the price. The pool area was good, being well maintained, however if you are bothered about grabbing a sun bed make sure to get down early to get one. The entertainment was more directed towards children, however there was some decent entertainment for adults on some of the nights. Overall, great experience and would recommend especially for a cheaper holiday.

Receptionists are super nice and helpful, breakfast bar full with fresh and tasty food (from English breakfast to... read more cheese selections, loads of fruit, nice coffee and kids corner with donuts and churros)! And the serving staff here is also super nice. Clean everywhere! We did t use the swimming pool as beach is literally minutes away by walk and that’s our preferences but you can book the gym and spa for the day if you want. 5 stars because this place is underrated!!!
