Visited this hotel on the 2 September with my wife for a week. Staff helpful, although I did not see much management around hotel. The following was noted. bathroom old fittings... read more with chrome worn You Pay for your safe You Pay for water at evening meal - strange but not at breakfast Also pay for drinks (acceptable) Pay for pool towels or bring your own Que for sunbeds at pool. 3 star hotel that needs a bit updating No lift to downstairs restaurant and stairs are very steep, you have to use side door outside but this not published. Lifts iffy ie left hand lift door runners jam. Hotel is on a slope, for any access to the marina. Which we were not advised about, not good for the elderly. Access ramps around hotel need to be improved urgently ie made wider. No hand rail at steps next to health spa building . Pool needs to be half smokers and half for non smokers Outside bar needs a no smoking zone area as people smoke with kids around and none smokers Apart from that we had a good break, this is a good hotel that could be a great hotel for not much more effort.

She was incredibly helpful, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Clean, reception good, room cleaners excellent. I like smart dress for evening meal. Excellent continental and full English breakfast. ALL staff friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend.

I found that paying guests and all inclusive guests were treated differently, for example I was turned away from the bar one night and was told the all inclusive bar is now closed, meaning I could only have a drink if I was paying? I would've normally let that one go but I only wanted a soft drink. But the rules are different if you are paying? At the end of the day, we are all paying customers, just the ones with all inclusive have paid up front if you will, whats the issue? The drinks they had to offer on the all inclusive was pretty poor but do-able. First time I have ever seen only 2 cocktails available on an all inclusive menu for such a price, and one of them is non-alcoholic if that appeals to some. The all inclusive snack bar (outside) menu was also different for paying customers which didn't bother me much because what I ordered was great. But as expected came with different choices for the paying customers. I understand half board and all inclusive packages are provided by most hotels across Spain these days, and I understand why it has been done this way, but its just a shame that all inclusive doesn't actually mean all inclusive. The only other thing is the waiting times at the bar. We didn't stay here during peak times, I dread to think what the queue would be like if we had. Some nights we would queue for a while and then leave to go to a bar in the marina due to long waiting times both during the day and on an evening. Not quite sure what the solution is but the system doesn't work well. Hopefully the hotel can look at this issue and reduce waiting times. Where the food was concered, I am a fussy eater but every meal time I was able to fill my plate and enjoy everything. The food was to a high standard and the dining experience was pleasant. Hotel location is perfect, lots to do in and around the hotel some really great places here. We will definitely be coming back at some point to see them again. We were Bed and Breakfast... read more and breakfast was excellent. Huge choice and all very fresh.Yes you queue for pool but it’s not a big deal. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Marina so perfect location. Looking forward to our visit this year.
